fridaysKarma delivers a sound that is a cross between folk and rock – sometimes folk sometimes rock sometimes somewhere in between. It can be best described as acoustic rock. A box full of songs written over a 15 year span have been reinvented through various players contributing to a sound that fits each song. The songs are stories about life’s experiences - the pains and joys of living are shared through lyrics and melody. Recent performances include well known Toronto venues; Lee’s Palace; Jeff Healy’s Roadhouse, the Opera House, the Rivoli and the Hard Rock Cafe as well as many private events. [b]
