A devout love for music and the hustle and bustle of the grind are the special ingredients that are taking Fly Boy Entertainment's Tripp to the next level and beyond. Reckoe Devonne O'Neal, known in the hip hop world as Fly Boy Tripp, developed a love for music around the time when he was 7 years old and instantly started rhyming to his own beat. As Tripp entered middle school, he started getting into music much more as he began deejaying and learning more about the craft that he loved. Growing up with two military parents, Tripp had the chance to travel and live in many states within the US and even in Germany. On his life's journey, he learned many different cultures, as he interacted with many diverse people. When Tripp's mother and father retired from the military, they decided to settle with him and his two brothers in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In Fayetteville, Tripp decided that he had to make a name for himself and was determined to make his mark in the industry. He was very popular and well-liked at Westover Sr. High School. Eventually, he came into contact with rapper, by the name of Katara Haynes, also known as, Traffic, from Fight N Flight Records. At this time Traffic was well known all over the area for recording mixtapes with his partner, Ronald Massenburg, also known as, Big Cas. Tripp learned some very valuable points of the industry through Traffic and Big Cas, but he never recorded any music with them. Tripp picked up and moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, never putting down his music or his dreams. He hooked up with two rappers, Lamar Nixon (Luxx), a North Carolina State University student, and Darryn Pachell (D Dot). During this partnership, Tripp focused and delved into the production side of the music, resulting in starting his first label, Got Money Boys Entertainment. On this label, Tripp released his first two tracks, “After My Status” and “What You Know About Gats”. With the success of those two singles, Tripp, successfully, networked with many industry people and developed a business relationship with Street Souljahz Entertainment owner Marcus Spears. Soon thereafter, Tripp began managing many of the artists in the Street Souljahz Entertainment family. But being behind the scenes still wasn’t going to cut it for Tripp. He soon recorded his first single on that label titled “24s” ft. Niz of Flame Thrower Records. Recently Tripp decided to step out and start Fly Boy Entertainment, which includes a nice roster of talented artists. He currently has his own single “Caramel Vixen” which is taking off faster than lightning. This super talented artist also continues to manage artists and school them on the ins and outs of the music industry from his perspective. Fly Boy Entertainment is destined for greatness. And with Tripp running the show, it is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Read more: http://www.myspace.com/tripp7akacasino#ixzz0w5nOOgxw
