Who Is Brayad? Neal Tellis “Brayad” Brayad was born February 25, 1987 in Chicago Il, but at an extremely young age Brayad's family decided to move to Milwaukee WI where he basically had to start a new life for himself. As he was growing up on the east side of Milwaukee, Brayad was introduced to a grown man's world. Thankfully he had a very dedicated family to help keep him out of trouble while all his friends were doing things that would get them into trouble. Brayad was also very intelligent. He was doing extremely well in school, but living in the hood and hanging with the thugs school didn't seem to be as important to Brayad anymore. He went from an average student to a 0.8 average and skipped school to kick it with his friends on a regular basis. After living the street life for a short period, Brayad realized that it was not the life he wanted for himself and decided to enroll himself into job corps at 16 yrs of age where he was accepted on arival. He knew moving into a dorm for 8 months wasn't going to be easy, but he also knew that if he stayed living the life he was that he would either end up dead, or in prison, and that is not what he wanted for himself. Being almost isolated, Brayad had to find a hobby so he decided to play football and write music. You could say he had the "Jock, Rapper" look because he was playing for the job corp team and listening to freestyle battles while writing lyrics to some amazing songs. After completion of job corp, Brayad came home with a whole different attitude. Not being able to sag his jeans or use profanity he lost his hood mentality. Once home from job corp, Brayad's brother "Gutta Boy" was truly into music more than ever before. He built a homemade studio so Brayad was being exposed to music on a daily basis. Brayad was asked to do a callab and that is all it took for him to truly put his heart into music. After doing the callab, Brayad never left the booth. He worked day and night to improve and master his style of rap. He went from bottom to top in a matter of months. Growing up listening to Sam Cooke, Pattie Label, Smokey Robinson, Isley Brothers, and R Kelly, he took flight combing an outspoken harmonizing voice with rap and pop music. He started recording himself as Gutta Boy P was making beats. Brayad was invincible!! He believed music is just a good sound that makes sense. After putting his heart and soul into his music, Brayad decided to become the producer, song writer, and performer of Grind Ent. This is when Brayad decided that music was his life.... Brayad is currently under Management with.... "Taking It To The Top Management"
