Growing up as the youngest with a single mother ,older brother & sister gave Akeem(Kid Fame) a chance to have allot of examples of life around him. They lived in a 2 family house in Queens although Akeem's mother dawn had allot of weight to pull often she would do so without fear or hand outs so its safe to say where Akeem(Kid Fame) Gets Independent attitude from. When akeem's mother Dawn passed late December 2009 of Cancer it not only devastated their entire family but crushed Akeem's heart but with god, family, Belief in what his mother taught him over the years he began a mission for Change.
