Born in Boston, MA raised in Brockton, MA, Theodore Young (Aka Teddy D), Age 20, is an up and coming R&B artist that is willing to do almost whatever it takes to prove to the world that he is coming to make hits and show the utmost diversity in all of his music. The voice of Ash Street lives in Teddy D. From a young age Theodore has been playing piano, writing music, and contemplating his take over on the R&B scene. His mother Carol Young has always served as motivation for him to do what he does and do it well. He made it known that his father, Henry Young's sudden absence would never slow him down. Theodore has six brothers that have always pushed him to follow his dreams and he appreciates their support to the fullest. His train of thought and originality in the Neosoul/R&B is what makes his music a big breath of fresh air. He feels as if R&B is confused right now, so hes putting in work to make that change. He is influenced by Jamie Foxx, Lauryn Hill, D'angelo, and especially admires Sean Berry, who helped him structure his writing style and taught him how to control his vocals. His stage presence is what he uses to help him excel in the music industry. If anyone had to describe Teddy D in one word, it would probably be soulful. His hit songs Must've been a dream and Lights out have rocked clubs all over the Orlando area and rock the sheets of women all over the US.
