De’Sean Mack releases his first single from his sophomore album, Resurrection Of A Fallen King. The single, I Got Work On Me (Move It), released January 2014, has taken off like a rocket and is quickly becoming a favorite to the masses. The album is scheduled for global release in June 2014, with two additional singles releasing in April and July 2014. From a young age, Mack, born Mario Anderson, centered his entire world within music. His high school years included studying music and art, and while his creativity became the spotlight of school programs and performances, his popularity coined him the best lyricist in the local area. Mack soon saw a loyal following begin to grow and he became a popular local hit. His versatility allowed him to work with a variety of musical genres, and only added to his appeal. This unique, alternative Hip-Hop style with a twist had found an appreciative audience. Devoted to perfecting his one-of-a-kind style, he became determined to take, and keep, that center stage spot that had his name on it. In 2006, Mack released his first underground mixtape, Enemy of the State, and distributed it among his loyal followers. This caught the attention of local independent record label Wooded Hoods Entertainment, who took Mack under their wing and together they created a star. Under the label, Mack has released five mixtapes, including the well-received College Tour Snore, and MackZillA, each telling a story about a particular point in his life. He also has performed at many venues in cities all throughout the eastern seaboard, including Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Richmond. The debut NDSD album features Mack’s stunningly fierce punch lines, and amazing collaborations with other Hip Hop artists Petty Eddie, Danny Phantom and Blizz Tha Boss, and introduces a new sound to the music world, Tais Tantrum. The songs provide a combination of his lyrical genius and creative style, with a rhythmic undercurrent that bears testament to his musical roots, and punctuated throughout with elements of reggae, hip-hop, punk, rock, pop and R&B. In August of 2012, Mack’s label signed a digital distribution deal with Sony/Orchard (formerly Sony/Orchard), placing his music all over the globe with over four-hundred online music retailers, radio stations, and on-demand music streaming companies.
