T'izm Sound is a collective of eclectic artists from Chicago who perform a combination of hip hop, soul, drum & bass electronica, trip hop and spoken word. Founded by DJ Jazznosis (Rob Thompson), the name is a concept inspired by the title of Erykah Badu's debut full-length album "Baduizm." The "T" meaning Thompson and "izm" referring to a state of high, Jazznosis' goal is to get the listener high from the sound the "All-Stars" bring. The core members include producer/DJ/beatcrafter DJ Jazznosis and MC Mr. Sho-Nuff. Other members include longtime friend/MC I.P. The Ghost, R&B crooner O.N.E. and a host of talented local guest artists. Each bring their own unique voice, formula and personna to create such good music that stands out among the clones in the world who do nothing but attempt to be like those already in the game.
