This group soon took the Bahamas by storm, performing locally opening for, Peabo Bryson, Millie Jackson, and David Peaston, Centrefold' melodiest sounds soon landed them on stage in Manhatan NY at Sweet Waters, and Nells in Manhattan. Not long after, the group was invited to Tee Neck, New Jersey to do a single "Treasure. On his his return from the big ciry an indipendent Deal from Viacom/Vista under 24 Karat managment a position awaited him by way of the most popula Bahamian group called Fa'ame. This new group won the first Bahamian Music Award for Best New R&B Group, Best R&B Song of the year "One Kiss, a coming in at #(5),beating out Tonie Braxton's seven whole days according to the down south charts also the New York armsterdam, But this was just a tease and ICON soon wanted much more.
