Drone was formed in 2003 by Skovgaard, Sjogren, Cederlund and former member bassist Soren Kaas and former leadsinger Michael. Back then the band was named Lavatory and played straight forward rock with a clinch to the good melodie. A year later Drone decided that former leadsinger Michael didnt meet the ambitions of the rest of the band and Sjogren was brought to the mic. The following year the band, now called Divine, prepared to record their first demo cd. It was recorded in one weekend in Harboe Studie in Herning. In 2005 Kaas decided that he would strive for a military career instead of music and left the band. Gai was brought to plug the bass, but at his first rehersal he didnt bring a bass but keyboard. This didnt seem to matter because the band had been talking about getting a pianist. The skills of the only 15 year old Andreas impressed the band and he was brought to the line-up. A half year and a search through their hometown, Silkeborg, later Rolf Lund appeared almost out of nowhere. He was also brought to the line-up. For the next year the band practiced in Gai's father's studio in Mollerup. Now the band practice in an appartment in Aarhus and in this appartment their demo conceptalbum "Misanthropia" was created.
