Bio

Dwayne is an Ojibway from Shawanaga, located twenty minutes north of Parry Sound, Ontario. He received his first guitar when he was fifteen years old and has been playing guitar and singing for twenty years. He’s influenced by many types of music, from the foundations of rock n roll like Led Zeppelin; AC/DC and; the Doors, to the modern sounds of Creed; the Tragically Hip and; Audioslave. Dwayne has only recently, within the last two and half years, begun writing his own material and finally recorded, with the assistance of co-producer Rick Capreol, his new CD entitled ‘Patriotism’. Patriotism is a labour of love that includes many songs that are, evidently, tied to members of his family and his belief in the Creator. With the help of his friend, Maria Morrison, whose design and layout brought the CD cover to life; he finally completed his dream of making a CD that captured the essence of his vision.
