HARMON HILL IS ABOUT FREEDOM. FREEDOM TO EXPLORE MUSIC. TO JOURNEY INTO SOUNDSCAPES UNKNOWN. TO EXPERIMENT. I have been writing music for about 15 yrs. Mostly dance music. Nothing I have ever done has ever been published. Only because I have never tried, but today is a new day. The music I make now is not intended to be dance music. I am not trying to fit into some catagory. I am simply following my heart. Doing what feels right. I have been very limited lately as to what I can write. Because I am in a rock band. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that, but I have to make agreements and work with other people. I have to hold back alot of good ideas. HARMON HILL IS TO EXPRESS THOSE IDEAS. Every ting you hear has been written by me using my computer and my bass guitar. The drums are sequenced. The synth. tracks are either sequenced or sampled from my self playing the keyboards. I will also be working long distance style with a close friend of mine who lives in Arizona. Jeremy Neal of GREEN SUNDAYS will be laying down live keys to some of my tracks.
