Aculeate is Johnny Thorpe who is the vocalist and guitarist for Tucos Noose (previously Koaster) and Luke Oaker bass player for the now disbanded Collectors of the Pure (previously Finton Stack) and the still rockin Ponce. Both John and Luke were looking for a project with complete creative freedom and so formed aculeate. With both taking on multiple instruments and responsibilities for lyric writing Johnny delivers a sterling vocal and musical effort across these tracks always backed up with musical ideas from luke. please enjoy Aculeate
