Whiskey For Children is a recording project inititiated by founding members Ben Doughty, a boxing trainer, and Paul Bealing, a writer and mental case. The songs are cutting edge indie rock with tinges of twisted pop sentiments and razor sharp lyrics. All the music is written and arranged by Ben Doughty and Paul Bealing and recorded at Hot Rock Studios in Berrylands. Hate Crime cites a tale of a deranged stalker and his obsessive unrequited night time desires and Resplendent tells the story of a 1980s cross dressing bank robber who eventually runs out of luck.
