Wut up World? I am Cicero... from Riverside/Murrieta, CA... Arvada/Greeley, CO... Salt Lake/Provo, UT... Laie, HA... and currently living in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Hip Hop has been my passion since I was a little kid... Funny as it seems now, the song 1,2,3,4 by Coolio is what turned my attention fully 2 Hip Hop in the early 90's. Bak then I would just flow with my favorite artists like Wu Tang, Puffy, Pac, n' on n' on... I started writing my own rhymes bak in 1998 as a freshman in highschool. After the diploma... I tried out college 4 a while, studying Music Theory, and working at the schools lil studio... but school wasn't really my thang, so i built up my own home recording studio, and got my ass 2 work! I produce alot with fruity loops, but I love throwing in live Bass or Guitar. I've also done sum beats on tha Motif... my dream machine!! I dropped my first mixtape "Destiny" bak in 2003, and I passed out and sold around 1,000 cd's. 2004 I put a group together in Colorado that I dubbed Central Conflixion. We dropped our first album "Concealed State" within 3 months of recording. 18 original tracks produced mostly by myself, but I had sum help from my boy Young Kno, & Crump(Hoodmade Music) on 3 joints. We did alot of shows throughout Northern Colorado summer 2004. Before I moved bak 2 California in August of that year... I dropped the Midwest Mixtape, & I was also featured on my boy Young Kno's album "Raw". About a year in California... after my daughter Jocelyn was born, I met up with a ton of different artists around the Inland Empire, Including The C.L. Ryderz who got me on stage at UC Riverside in front of thousands. I signed my first autograph after that show... and I knew then, that music was going to be my life. When I moved away from Cali in early 06, I was stripped of all earthly pocessions belonging 2 me when my moving truck was stolen in Las Vegas. $60,000 worth of my things, not 2 mention priceless personal pocessions like pictures & family heirlooms... I was devastated!!! I lived in Salt Lake City after that for a few months putting in work wit my people out there... & all of my work from 05' California - 06' Utah was compiled into the 06' Mixtape - Still Str8 Ballin'. (which i hand out 4 free - so if you want a copy holla) Then the opportunity came 2 move 2 tha Virgin Islands... Well Here I am a year later... still holdin it down on island living at a little bed & breakfast hotel where I am working on my latest project "St. Trama". This one is going 2 be much different than my first 4 cd's! I've added a hint of reggae, while still keepin my flow on point. If you dig what you hear... drop me a line - peace in tha middle east
