I can say that is about life experiences, we all have some memories and always there’s one in particular, that left us a scar in our lives. Most of the time is about that significant other. Talking about music, it’s the best language for people like us to communicate our feelings and every time we have something to say we say it through the music, the best part comes once you cross the line and make people feel how you feel! At the age of 2 years old before she even walk, started to dance through the "Beat it" song. And singing all kind of songs even before she learned to talk. She was inspired from her father a musician known under the name from the band "Mister Loco" the winners from the World most popular song festival in Tokyo ´75 "Yamaha contest”, with the "Lucky Men" song. Their parents moved to Cancun-Mexico when Jimena was two years old and since it’s where she has developed her artistic talent. She began her bilingual studies at the elementary British School then after she studied contemporary jazz dancing lessons after the junior high school. At the age of 18 she continued her artistic studies in Xalapa-Veracruz/Mex. At her return she met well known Jazz Musicians and invited her to the Jazz music world so by then she got influenced by all kinds of jazz …she started the traveling and the singing with jazz trios and quartets in places such as “Cabo San Lucas-Baja/Cal.” “Montreal-Canada”. Also inspired by the people she had performed with like:George Duke at the Latin jazz fest-Playa del Carmen. And many other artists to mention… She had been singing all different kinds of music and influenced by them, and that’s why she produces her own music and lyrics with a fusion sound from all she’d been surrounded by…she offers as an independent artist a complete talent: producer, singer, dancer, and entertainer with all the potential to get through the Big International Music Industry.
