Amaze, born Grace Pittman, was raised in Florida. Ever since she was young everyone told her she couldn’t sing. They told her she was tone deaf and said she didn’t even have rhythm! She endured struggles as a child including losing her baby sister, her parents divorcing, and her father’s death all by the age of 14. Now as a young women, Grace has over came many obstacles. “I wasn’t’ always the winner and I had a lot of people rooting for me to fail. I’m not at the top but I know my time is coming soon. Going through everything in my life has made me more mature and I wouldn’t change not one thing about it. Some people say that at my age (18)I don’t know any thing about life and love… but I know! I’ve been in love and then had my heart ripped out of me, and it hurt so badly! But I wouldn’t change it for the world! Its really helped me grow and it was just something the helped make me into the person I am today!” -Amaze Amaze believes that as an artist it is her responsibility to be a role model for her generation and generations to come. She is now a senior at Armwood High School and plans on attending college in the future and studying psychology and culinary arts.
