Born in Russia I live in Amsterdam since 1992. I\'m trained as a professional actress. Next to my acting career I write music and songs for theatre performances, in which most of the time I\'m also a singer. I wrote music and songs for the theatre productions of \"The Orchestra\" (Amsterdam 1995); \"Christmas Eve\" (Amsterdam 1999) \"My Sister Eve\" (Amsterdam 2000); \"Verhalen uit de harem\" (Amsterdam 2002); \"Decameron\" (Denmark 2004); \"Dead Souls\" (Denmark 2005); \"The Tempest\" (Denmark 2008) and others. My greatest inspiration for a song is a great text. I \"co-write\" with poets like W. Shakespeare, F. Villon, A. Pushkin, W. Blake, G. Stein and others. Everything that I\'ve written until now, was produced in theatre or performed at the concerts of a world music a-capella quartet Rusalki. I am happy to be able to combine my two big passions: theatre and music. I hope to find out if my songs can have \"a life of their own\"
