Repping as one of the best rappers coming from Slice Ya Neck Entertainment, the Memphis native knows what it means to struggle and to grind. " I grew up like the average mother fucker never knowing what to expect". Born Shanton Smith on the North side of Memphis, Tah Dal always had a love for music. After creating beats for several years, Tah Dal made it a quest to rap after being told by naysayers that he couldn't. " I always knew i could spit and made it my purpose to make something that people thought was so hard look really easy". With the heart of a suicide bomber, Tah Dal catapulted his game from producing to hitting the undergroundrap scene with a flow that is a mixture of lyricism and crunk.
