About Born-ILL What do we know? That there is a lack of maturity andconsistent creativity that is brought to our industry. Granted, it is standard practice to use the copycat formula in order to "fatten" the bottom line. However, the one thing that is missing will undoubtedly accomplish this ever important goal This is where I, Alfred A Brown Jr., (Born ILL) comes in. I was born in the beautiful city of Charleston,South Carolina on July 27, 1974. Thanks to my mother, I was encouraged (reluctantly of course ) to take piano lessons starting at the age of 5. As with most young pianists, classical music was the genre where I developed my sense for musical composition and arrangement. I graduated from St. Andrews Highschool in 1992 and then joined the U.S. Airforce, where I became an Automatic Tracking Radar Technician. Here is where I gained an even stronger sense of discipline. After 3 years of military service, I reengaged in my music by studying musical theory at the College of Charleston. In 2005, I started BeatMason,a production company, and RedRoom, a recording studio and distribution company. Both are dedicated to bringing that "Signature Soundscape" to the public
