Subnormal consists of Andrew Sidwell, Craig Moxey, Phil Alexander, Bart Kowalski, all from Melbourne Australia where they perform regularly in local clubs. Subnormal have their own genre. You will understrand when you hear the combination of sweet, textured guitar riffs, dynamic vocals, various time sequences, aggressive bass passages, held together by intense drum chops. Their first album Theory for Evolution has met with much acclaim and they are now commencing work on their second album. They have turned away from the tradtional approach to creating music. The band is more influenced by progressive and experimental elements, delving deep into the unconscious, rather than the triviality of every day life.
