DANNY CASH BIO Born in a city filled up with talented and inspiring artists, Danny Cash (Born Daniel Hudson), stands out of them all. He has the capability to bring his own style and swagger to the industry. As a child, he would always piece words together, but wasn’t in his plans to pursue a career in music. It wasn’t until his neighborhood friends heard an freestyle and told him he has the talent to enter the music world, which is why he states that “he does it for the hood”. He uses the trials and tribulations of growing up in the hood as inspiration, and tells the story of what has been witnessed and mixes it with his swag. That’s what makes his style “his style”. Backed up by one of his biggest supporters, D.J Vader, Danny has performed in many shows and ciphers and showed people he means business. With no cds out on the streets, His first verse recorded came with local talent, “Inner Vibe Sound”, let him rock 16 bars on the track “Cant Hold Us” on their third studio album “Cointelpro”. Once the song hit the streets, they wanted to hear more! Danny then hooked up with longtime friends”Tedd Grizzly and Blake Logan “to create the group known as “Cannon land” which stood for a term used to describe their peers in there neighborhood. The group then released a basement style mix tape entitled “Operation Take Streets”. Even thought it was not released, the streets still managed to get their hands on the project. Later, the team went back in the studio to record the sequel “Operation Take Streets 2: Lockdown”. But with every road comes a pothole. The combination of pro longs and inside issues forced the project to be shelved. While his partners were watching from a distance, Danny tried to keep the name in the game. He went in the studio to record the solo debut mix tape entitled “Certification” which was a certified hood platinum project. It was then when he showed the city he was up next. Even though his partners were included on his first solo effort, the team eventually folded and all three members went their ways. Hurt by the break-up of the group, Danny begun to revisit the roots of his young career. After his first performance at the New Years Eve Bash given by local mogul D.J Pham (Black Ball Productions), Danny followed up on another one of his bright ideas. He decides to start his own movement. He hooked up with several of his closest friends that he grew up with and started the next best thing the game will encounter,”MoneyGettaz E.N.T.” Danny then heads back into the studio with an more focused and ready state of mind to record his first EP entitled” Time 2 Grind”, which was inspired by the death of one of his good friends Ty Lee Williams in July of 2006. Now with the momentum on his side, he looks to spring forward into superstardom. The EP has the potential of being a worthy industry ready project. With the chips falling into their respectful places, things are starting to go in his favor. He even reconciles with Tedd and Blake and invited them to join his new camp. With his circle complete with hardworking talent, Danny Cash and the MoneyGettaz camp are ready to attack the game. Ready or not, here they come! WWW.MYSPACE.COM/DANNYCASHMGE
