Bio
After the passing of such legends as Luther Vandross and Barry White, and the conception of R&B talents that borderline crooning and rapping, one would begin to wonder, what happened to all the real singers? Then singer/songwriter/and dance choreographer Fate rises from out the wood-works with a voice as melodic and harmonious as a babys coo. Reminiscent of a young Michael Jackson, one would think Fates entire range is but a falsetto only to learn after extensive evaluation, that hes the real thing. At the tender age of 8, Fate would find himself in his room singing hits from various artists of various genres from males to females operas and ballads alike, and would often be picked on for his unchanging vocal tones on up into his teen years. By his early twenties, Fate would headline numerous acts and write a plethora of songs for artists with his group Durage formed in the heart of Alabama only to find a place amongst Atlantas top R&B acts to tour the city. Honing in on his talent and skills would have him to side with such talents as Little G of Silk, Jagged Edge and even Goodie Mob. Now with comparisons to such greats as Smokey Robinson, Prince and Marvin Gaye, Fate looks to stand the test of time bringing you nothing but countless hits and sheer talent, displaying nothing but true art in his songwriting capabilities accompanied by a live performance ensemble surely to be appreciated by aspiring singers and lovers of pure vocal talent. No studio engineering or tweaked EQs needed to make this talent do what he does, just a focused spirit and inspiration.
