As a Young boy (well he still is) he never dreamed of pursuing a career in music. At age 5 he dreamed of bein a fireman, but beleive it or not he never listend or heard of rap till the age of 12. Before that he idolized pop singers and boy bands, such as britteny spears, nsync, and backstreet boys, 2 name a few. Bernard was a shy boy, he wasnt born with a speech immpedement, but developed one by the time he was 8, and as far as i know he still has one but not as severe. His stuttering comes and go's. And lessens as he gains more confidence. His father Is a soldier, so Bernard spent most his time traveling, and it was very hard for him 2 keep friends, but it was never hard 2 make friends. He grew up in surburban neighborhoods, that were paid for by the army. Bernard never grew up in the ghetto or hood, but he has had his share of emotional. At age 11 1/2 he moved to Germany, and his time spent in Germany, was the most influential event in his whole entire life. In his 6th grd year is when he took an interest in rapping, but never as a career. It was at the sockhop *dance in elementry* and his friend rick aka G-money aka Lil' Rican was battling, andrew aka Lil' Ak *Guiltys best friend*. Bernard thought " i can do that, it looks simple enough". but this young buck had alot 2 learn. For instance when he started writting bull, i mean wat he wrote were the types of things hip-hop or hip- pop, was stereotyped for *violent lyrics, degrading' women, drinking, and drugs*. Bernard never had experinced these types of things, so he unable 2 write or finish, or flow songs correctly. his earlier songs were simplistic, vulgar, and explicit. He continued writin like this till most of his 8th grd year. But the funy thing is he improved his vocab and flow on tightbeatz.com, still he still had explicit lyrics, and sometimes talked bull. The person who made him change his ways of writing and rapping, was a online artist named Lil don, he told guilty to write songs about his experiences, and what was on his mind. When you hear his music, u might compare it 2 eminem because of the way he puts together ryhmes and words or u might reconize some Nas because the complexity and the way he speaks the real. Now some of ya'll may not like his lyrics, but if Guilty has sumthin to say he will say it. Now some of yall are saying he's only a teenager and he shouldnt be talking about those types of topics. Well guess wat juss because guilty's only 14, the way he percieves life and compares it and state the flaws of many things shows this young emcee is well beyond his years in wisdom.he would have never gotten to where he is without the support of his family. Heres a fun fact for everyone so listen up, there is alot of controversy of his name (Guilty) well let me tell you why this kid has received that name. He basically got it for speaking the truth, being honest and telling people his veiws and what he thought what was wrong with society today without sugar-coating it. He has seen alot and learned numerous things about life because his dad is a soldier, and like i said befor Guilty traveled alot.
