Hi, I’m Josh Bailey. Growing up I had many challenges. I started off in Liberty to quickly move to the North side of Houston when I was two. I didn’t have many friends for the early parts of life due to me being home schooled until the fifth grade, and also not knowing as much as some of the other kids did. I was enrolled in a public school to start the sixth grade. I was very apprehensive about meshing with the other kids. I didn’t really know what other kids liked or if they would accept me. Somehow I ended up in the “troubled” class at Caraway, no one knowing how this schedule mix up happened. From then I went to a freshman campus, Hoffman, where I made many friends and earned a few “brownie points”. I felt very comfortable due to the small class size, then my sophomore year I moved into a bigger school. I was in various activities at school; baseball, track, but mostly band. I would hang out with friends and they would hear me sing and want there friends to hear also. At this point a joined a group called “Vokalyze”. We have made music, performed, and are still very good friends. My inspirations are Musiq, babyface, Justin T., Robin thicke, Mario, Avant, Brandon Boyd and many more. Hearing the style of beats form many people and groups such as Earth wind and fire, R. Kelly, Timbaland, and others as well My Junior year I moved to a little town called Crosby where I met my current manager, Will, but we’ll just call him Razz B. for short. I also met my producer Tramaine, through Razz B.. Tramiane has helped me with numerous things, from musical directions to personal situations. If I hadn’t met these guys I don’t know where I’d be. They have giving me so much of their time and heart. Over the years I have developed my own style and pretty much do my own thing and don’t worry how other people would accept me. I want to prove to the world that you can come from nothing. That you do not have to be born into fame or wealth to achieve it. I grew up in the “hood” and that taught me so man things, how to stand up for myself, how to respect people, diversity, and how to show off your god given talents. Sincerly the artist, -J.B-
