Silicon Monk is a LIVE ELECTRONIC ACT that was created by musical artist Benjamin Ross Frimmer in the fall of 1999, while still a student at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachussetts. From its conception, Silicon Monk is a musical project dedicated to one purpose: To use technology to enhance human artistic performance. As a result, the music of Silicon Monk combines elements of many musical genres and musical performers from all over the world, putting them together on a platform that truly bridges the gap between Live Music and Electronic Programming.
