Welcome to the OddmanOut Showcase Firstly to introduce myself... Im Mario Avgoustis.. I am a songwriter and lyricist and drummer. As well as the producer and engineer of the homegrown indipendant recording studio "Little Island Studios'.. I started the OddmanOut Project a year and a half ago.. OddmanOut came to being...bred from my frustration of Never finding a group of musicians that would just Gel as a Band.. Thats not to say that I haven't had help and contributions from musicians..rather that we are still in the formative stages... Gabrial Kocher (Gabe) Is a Young Guitar player that has worked with me on this project since near its conseption... he has a style and an attitude that made it really easy for me to get inspired by his ability and his work ethic... No man Is an Island they say....so Gabes work was a much needed asset. His credits to the album I call "Whipping Boy" Include: All the Guitar work on "A Beautiful Mind" The Guitar solo In "Whipping boy" Co-wrote "Wake Up" Co-Wrote "Follow the Leader" along with myself Leo Karaguizan(BassLine) and Mike Agathocleous (Contributing Lyrics and Melody Ideas) and a couple more tracks that are yet to be finnished with Gabes input Alexis Demitriou, another talented young Guitar player contributed some great guitar work on "Karma" Unfortunatly for me however.. Gabe and Alexis are studying abroad and can't actually do the "Band" thing so I struggle on alone...keepin the faith!! The biggest help I have is from my Lady Zsuza Gerendi. She keeps me believing in myself and lets me know that Im on the right road or not! Zsu sings the back up lines in "Find My Way" and helped me put that one together nicely, and I love her for it!!! so enjoy the music! and keep Rockin!!!
