When it come 2 Neko what can you say. 1 would say that he has to much talent or they wish they had it. When it come down to the work he done and produce, he don't have 2 say nothing because everything speak 4 itself. Art has always been apart of his life rather it was drawing or music. He could help but love all form of the art when he seen how much both of his parents love them. 4 him it brought excitement 2 da little world dat he lived in. After being apart of a marching band which he was apart of 4 7 long years, he started writing and producing his own music which at the time he did it 4 fun with some of the homeboy in the neighborhood. The more he put his time in it the more the love of the art became. After making a demo in 99 which was rejected by big oomp records and 2 more fail attemps at a record deal, he decided 2 take matters into his own hands and form the group southside which have been recording and writing songs together since 05. It's just a matter of time before they start setting shit off. You laugh at that comment. Yea but it won't be funny in the long run. You can bet your life on that. So far fucking with him on the tracks or spitting, the choice is yours. This is 1 artist/producer I wouldn't let pass me by. He's the type that offer once and never come back. Oh yea Southside coming and It ain't a damn thing you can do about it. Curtwood Bio From the day he first moved to Atlanta at the age of 6, Curtis James(Curtwood) always wanted to shine at everthing that he did. It so happen s that the 1st thang that was put in front was music. By 4th grade Curtis was already writing his own poetry, but with the help of his 4th grade rapper-teacher Mr.Mincey, he begain to form those poems into rap lyrics. And with inspirations like Tupac, Outkast, and Goodie mob he knew he was bound for glory. And it was that summer, when he met his partner in crime and future group member, Snappa. introduced the a family member(Rod) the two became good friends. ANd their love for music lead them to create their 1st group, the LIL SOLDIERS(lil D, lil C, lil R, lil Red) before knowing there was already a group of this name, they still came up with many songs that you wouldnt expect 10 adn 11 year olds to come up with. Almost a year later Curtis was introduced to another family member of Snappa's who became the whold centerpiece of their movement, Neko. Who informed that there group hadyo be changed, if they wanted to be signed, they decided on a perfect that will be on the mouths of everyone, the Young Boyz(lil D became Snappa, lil C became Young C, lil R became lil Rod, and lil Red became lil Folk). And now in 2006, their working on their 4th mixtape under their own independent label, Crooked Smilez. The Young Boyz WIll continue their journey to fame and fortune. As for Curtwood, he is currently working on the group album as well as his solo project, "DA SOUTHERN TAKEOVER PT.1: ININATION". Look forward to both albums, and always remember....."KEEP YA CHIN 2 DA SKY AND YA MIDDLE FINGA UP" -Curtis " Curtwood" James
