EeVaan ( Ivan Garcia) Born and raised in Coachella, CA, a small town located around the Palm Springs area where at a young age, he gained interest in singing when his elementary school teacher challenged him to perform in a school musical. From this point forward, he began to realize his talent for singing, however, it wasn't until a couple of years later, while attending Coachella Valley High School, that he started to perform on his own as well as in theatre productions and alongside the school choir. At the age of 16, he began to develop his musical skills. He started to write and play his own music, drawing on inspirations such as, Michael Jackson, Prince, Freddie Mercury, Luther Vandross, Al Green, The Beatles and The Bee Gees, further maturing his sound as a young musician. Soon after, he began to perform his own material at county fairs and various local events. Then in 2004, he took his music to the media, competing in a radio show contest. He received the winning prize, a record contract, but was not carried out on behalf of the radio station. Although this was disappointing, he continued to perform his music, later debuting on the television show "Cante y Gane" on TV Azteca. Since then EeVaan has written and produced many of his original works and performed them live for his fans at various venues around Southern California. His musical style of Rock/Pop, infused with theatrical elements and soulful sounds continues to progress as he advances in his musical career.
