Just a hyperactive kid from the 80's with a guitar, a couple of synths and a sister with a wicked voice... But seriously, I've recorded and played with various funky Hip Hop groups; Lizard, The Kaning Sessions, Barbie Hunter and recording sessions with the members of Alniters and Jacky Orszacsky. I've also played lead guitar in Malembe an Afro/Uruguayan Funk band on and off for the last 10 years. Another group I had the pleasure to work with was the Potbelleez, an Electro/House duo who I used to rap and play guitar with, doing a successful stint at the Odyssey Bar sessions of 2005 and the Electronic Music Festival of the same year. More rcently I produced a couple of tracks for 2_Out; ex ILA Familia rapper Lokito and singer Big Raf who in their time at a correctional centre wrote and recorded vocals for 'Player' which I then ran my voodoo through and came up with two very distinct versions, a Grimey/Reggaeton version and on their request, an R&B version which hopefully will appear on an up-coming Hip Hop compilation. Sam Fernandez is my younger sister who has been performing as a solo singer playing at various venues around Sydney including "The Roofbar" and "Pj Gallagher's" as well as being part of Malembe a Latin/Fusion group on lead vocal duties. On another note, I'm one of the original generation of graffiti writers in Sydney and do legal work these days including murals, stage backdrops and album covers.
