“The Faint Hope” are a young 4 piece rock/ emo band from Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. Our sound varies from songs such as “This Won’t Hurt One Bit” that has fast in your face guitar riffs that gets the crowd moving with 3 part vocal harmonies, guitar harmonies, mind blowing drum and bass fills and middle breakdowns that build up and leave you wanting more, to slower, more peaceful ballads such as "I'm Here", all with meaningful lyrics that everyone can and does relate to! The band has been together over a year now playing numerous venues around the country. Every gig we play sees a new bunch of fans introducing themselves to us, asking where we're playing next and keeping in touch with us in future which is always a great feeling! Also playing local gigs sees the crowd shouting the words right back at us, which rocks our socks off! Throughout 2007 we shall carry on playing new places around the UK, writing and recording new songs, meeting new people, spreading the word about our music and making new friends along the way.
