Biba first formed a band whilst at university studying for a B.A honours degree in art and design. Having gained 2nd place in the Imbex National Fashion Awards and achieved the merit of distinction award in her class, Biba took up a scholarship to study fashion design in Italy. She gigged regularly throughout her time at university and sang backing vocals for several local bands. Since then she has performed in various clubs and musical venues in and around London. Biba's aim is to continue to write and perform her own material and has collaborated with producer Tony Wilson and several hand picked musicians to bring this about. Throughout her life Biba has excelled in her artistic endeavours. Apart from her flair for design she has also modelled, acted in theatre groups and won prizes for her poetry, but her greatest passion is for her music. Biba's voice evokes both emotional intensity and worldy wise fragility, culminating in a distinctly recognisable vocal talent. All Biba's material is original and self penned working with a talented musician Peter Larsen who adds the guitar/bass chords and drums to the vocal line structure negotiating with Biba to finalise the tracks.
