Disclaimer started sometime in August ‘06. "We believe very strongly in the fundamentals of being in a band"- Bobby, “SEX, DRUGS and ROCK & ROLL". Influenced by Blues, Rock, Jazz and a shit load of Heavy Metal. You could say we have a have a sound comparable to a Pantera Vs Suicidal Tendencies. Just recently Disclaimer has been included in the U.S. released Sinister Music Vol.29 compilation album with their track "Dirty Girl", also secured spots on disc 2 & 5 of the "OZZFEST" released Sininister Music Vol 46 with their track "6 Months Proud", And have been played on Wildbunch radio courtesy of presenter Mack Danger. The month of September 2007 holds great promise for these guys, as they hit the studio to record their debut (9 track) Album, and bonus live CD recorded at The Castle in Perth.
