R&B and Pop singer/songwriter Melodic is an extraordinary talent! His music has been compared to Musique Soul Child, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Brandy, Jon B., and Usher, just to name a few. A prodigy at the age of 12, Melodic began writing and singing with an intrinsic understanding of melody, harmony, voice control and musicality. His affinity for writing and arranging beautiful melodies and intricate harmonies later inspired his stage name, Melodic. After discovering his childhood talents, as a teen he honed his skills at the prestigious Cab Calloway School of The Arts in his hometown of Wilmington, DE. In 2009 Melodic wrote and performed “So Stellar” which appeared on the soundtrack of the movie “Steppin’” starring MoNique and Anthony Anderson. “So Stellar” has registered over 3,000,000 downloads since it’s release. Melodic is a dynamic and compelling performer who is versatile in appearance, genres and audie appeal. In 2011, Melodic performed for over 1,000 screaming teens at Delaeware Teen Idol and was mobbed afterward by enthusiastic fans. He possesses just the right balance of mystique, edginess and “boy next door” charisma. There is no question about his vocal ability or his diversity as he knocks out a club banger with “swag” then delivers an emotional pop ballad back to back with ease! From his original song, R&B Banger and crowd-pleaser “Are You With Me” to his impressive cover of Katy Perry’s “Firework” in it’s original key, his vocal range amazes and captivates. Melodic has opened for rapper Cassidy, Slick Rick and performed with Young Steff.
