ALiYa was born in Iran and "was born to be different" (that's her motto). When a child she had a chance to travel and live in different places of the world (Middle East and Asia, Africa, Russia) together with her parents as her dad had to travel a lot on business. ALiYa absorbed different cultures and acquired delicate taste in music. She started singing when she was five years old and at the age of 10 she composed her first song. ALiYa was inspired by such outstanding artists and composers as Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Duke Ellington, J.Gershwin and so much more. ALiYa is a rising star living in Belarus and working on her own solo album today. She's an author of all her songs. "Music is life. Music is love. It inspires you and brings vivid emotions.
