DONT BOX ME IN! A lot of people ask me "do you want to be a singer songwriter or write for other artists"? i always reply "yes".i make music .all kinds .im self taught and started late at age 19 singing one day in my brothers band.after a young heart break i took up lyric writing .real lyrics in song form ,not poetry .by age 24 i had gotten serious and had over 6,000!i was just the singer tho,and couldnt play any instruments,so was always unsatisfied waiting to be fed ideas from others so that i might ply my craft.so in my 30s i got a real keyboard and started playing and writing more .now at age 48 im here all by my self with 100s of full songs that range from country to metal ,and christmas too! im a child of the 70s so i just heard great music from am radio hits in philly to southern rock ,classic and prog rock ,then nwobhm,so my loves are diverse.basically if its good i like it and write it .ive never been foolish enough to follow trends and just do what i do ,like write a song that sounds like 79 radio rock in july of 2009.i please myself first .its all about the music ,not about the artist . if you would like to witness just some of this diversity http://www.youtube.com/BryanEddy09 there you will see and hear i write authentic enjoyable easily accessible songs.bryan
