Lennette Sitter was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta She began singing at a young age and would always wander around the house singing"Cotton Jenny"and asking her mother if she sounded like Ann Murray. Lennette began singing in the church choir, at school Christmas concerts and training on the piano. Coming from a musical family, when Lennette turned 18 she was invited to join her brother's band. That was the beginning of many years of playing music in bands, duos and doing a single act in Western Canada,Thailand and Australia. Following the death of a close brother was when Lennette began songwriting."Does God Really Need Another Angel?" is a song that was inspired by her brother's death and written from the deepest, most sorrowful place in her heart.
