Band consists of: jack-Guitar/Vocals ian-Guitar Darren-Bass Karl-Drums Cedar Tree was formed in late 2004 by drummer Karl Hamilton and Guitarist/Vocalist Jack Sheppard. To follow was a series of changes and experimentation the band was then joined by Ian Mills, after a few bassists and problems with commitment Ian's brother Darren finally joined the crusade and so Cedar Tree as we know it, and for the foreseeable future at least, was created. Our current situation is this. We've had various discussions of the future of the band and we've came to a decision that maybe a "break" is the wrong word. We have been in touch with various promoters from various parts of the country and are now working on new songs and hopfully by summer 2007 a new EP, watch this space for upcoming news. God knows how many people check up on us here at Myspace but we hope you still like our music.We thank everyone who has taken interest in the band and our music and even those who have turned up to our gigs.
