On November 1, 1986, Jessie (J-Dee) Dixson was born in Akron,OH, son of Willie- Anita Dixson and Mark Harper. In his early childhood, Jessie was always independent and well mannered. Although he was somewhat of a shy child, he still tried several avenues that exposed his talent. Some of which include singing in the church choir, dancing and modeling. At the age of ten years old, J-Dee sung in multiple school plays and recorded home videos with his big sister Rasheedah. From that point on, he knew singing was a talent he wanted to further pursue. He was inspired mainly by Immature and Soul For real. Additionally, he also likes singers such as Usher, Trey Songz, Chris Brown and Jeremih. As he began to get more comfortable with singing, he began writing original R'n B material which he recorded in his home studio. Furthermore, he connected with his cousin P-80, an urban hip hop rapper, who influenced him to record in a professional studio. As time progressed, J-Dee finally came in contact with Dreski and Jaye who are producers called The “Goodie Boys“. He started using the beats they made and recorded several sessions for his new and upcoming songs and was later discovered by producer/song writer “L8-Nite“ , who happens to be the CEO of “Give Me Entertainment”. Jessie is currently signed to “Give Me Entertainment” and working on new material and also continuing his modeling career with Midwest Model Management. He plans to consistently work hard, and continue to strive for his goals. Overall, the sky is the limit for J-Dee. [color="darkblue"][/color]
