Raye, a native of Memphis, Tennessee born Sept. 23, 1972 has always considered music as an essential part of making his life complete. Starting out at the tender age of 12 yrs. old in the gospel industry, he utilized his skills singing and playing for many local groups and choirs including Shirley Caesar as a percussionist. After being in the gospel arena for 22 years his interest grew into composing and writing R&B Hip-Hop tracks for Sharpproductions which he started in 1998. This leads him to where he is today seeking out potential aspects to promote and advance his music career.
