Jaii Stylez, Singer/Songwriter and Musician originally from a small town North of Jacksonville Florida, "St. Mary’s, GA" and lives up to his name Jaii “Stylez” given to him as a child because of his ability to fluently communicate with an audience through any genre or style musically. Though Jaii Stylez loved music growing up as a child, he never knew he had the ability to sing. All he knew was that music brought light to his life no matter what the situation, touching him emotionally and inspiring him to look on the bright side of everything. Not only did he discover that he could sing, but he grew to learn that his gift included singing, songwriting, playing musical instruments, acting, dancing, arranging, composing, producing and more… Over time, Jaii became a big threat from a small town in the South, but kept this secret passion for music. Jaii's musical influences include a wide variety of great artists and composers ranging from greats like: Donny Hathaway, to Michael Jackson to Trey Songz to Neil Diamond which simply proves that this young master mind is musically unpredictable offering so much more to music and its movement. This unique blend of inspiration creates a soulful sound that no one word can describe. Not only is he a talented singer, Jaii is a musician who effortlessly writes, produce and vocal arranges his own music. "Hugh Smith" (his alter ego and birth name which he prefers as the writer/credited actor he is). Jaii has quite a track record having performed in several musical theatre productions off Broadway including: 5 Guys named Moe (little Moe) and Dream Girls (Jimmy "Thunder" Early) and has appeared in films including: (Just Wright 2010 and Step Up 3D 2010) just to name a few. Also among many other accomplished stages across the country and including his winning streak on the Apollo which landed him on Showtime @ the Apollo in 2004. He can also be spotted on Youtube and on cable music networks singing background vocals for mainstream artists appearing on shows including (Wendy Williams, David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon and The Early Show) with the gifted, Chrisette Michele whom he has been spotted as the "opening act" for in 2009 and alongside acts such as Trey Songz and Musiq Soulchild...
