Bio
Nathaniel Alexander Jr., a native of Dayton, Ohio, has been labeled a legend, icon, and pioneer in the music industry as an acknowledgement of his angelic vocal abilities. Also, a gifted songwriter and choreographer, Nate started to hone his craft at the tender age of 10 performing in local talent shows, and recorded one of his first originals The Metropolitan/Wanda Why at the age of 18. He has been featured in various music groups such as The Typicals, The Ohio Players, Motown's recording sensation The Different Shades of Brown, A Taste of Youth, which included at the time his 7 year old son, and many others. Nate's ability to imitate the likes of David Ruffin, Eddie Levert, and Billy Stewart made him a hot commodity. When he turned his life over to God Nate formed the gospel group called The Gyft. He was then inspired to write the song and album entitled, "The House of the Lord," soon to be released this year.
