PRESS RELEASE Born May 22, 1990. Ryan Etheridge a.k.a. R.E. is not your ordinary sixteen year old. He’s made a name for himself all over the area through his music. Ask any high school student miles around and they are fans of R.E. Life hasn’t come easy for him, many obstacles have came his way early and late in life. “I’ve lost many important people along the way, but in the end it’s inspiration.” said R.E. Inspiration indeed; R.E. is an acclaimed music artist with a very good chance of becoming a star. R.E. elaborates on his early life “See I never really had much, I was born in low income welfare housing. At the same time my brother was dieing of leukemia so later when I found out I was gifted in music I’d sell different things just to get music equipment and get money to record in the studio, anything would do.” R.E. has quickly earned gratifying respect. It’s like he is a superstar in his own school, a star in the area, and well known everywhere else. R.E. has created many hits that touch your soul so beautifully. He is amazing at creating moods. We sat down with R.E. to let him tell us a little about himself and all of the above. “Well, I’m just ordinary.” he said. “Everyone has a gift and mine is music. I’ve been through more things than the average person though. I was born into welfare and somewhat poverty. I watched my family struggle financially, emotionally, and physically. I know how it feels to have no water, no electric, no cable, no air conditioning, or no heat. But through all that my parents always made sure I had what they could give me, I just want to give back to them and my music could be the way.” R.E. has definitely faced unfortunate obstacles through life but he seems very straight on with all his aspects and goals despite his struggles. “He has flipped his life around and is making the best of it which I’m so proud of.” his father said. “He was completely off track but did a great job of finding himself.” R.E. is seriously the real deal, the songs he makes are not only extremely marketable, but credits exceptional talent. It’s obvious that R.E. is not a joke and getting his autograph now would not be a bad idea, because if one thing is certain, this local teen will be in TV’s, radios, and homes around the world!
