[b][color="blue"][b][i]Lately I am a karaoke addict in the "South Bay" area of Southern California, where they refer to me as "The Man of a Thousand Voices", affecting accents, doing deep bass songs ("Chantilly Lace" by The Big Bopper, "Sixteen Tons" by tennessee Ernie Ford), falsetto ("Lion Sleeps Tonight" by The Tokens, "Strange Brew" by the Cream), and pretty spot-on imitations of Frankie Valli ("Don't Think Twice"), David Bowie ("Golden Years"), Davy Jones ("Daydream Believer"), Sammy Davis Jr. ("The Candy Man"), Doug Ingle ("Inna-Dana-Da-Vito"), Vivian Stanshall ("The Strain"), while digging up old forgotten classics like "Ma Belle Ami" by The Tee Set, "Fox On The Run" (The Sweet), songs by The Move, The Scaffold, Sparks, Blanchard & Morgan, Elvis Costello etc., etc., etc... (I only love about the past 80 years of music!) Although I'm not as productive as I once was, I am currently looking forward to meeting new people for new projects and new collaborations. (Fun, adventurous people only need apply.) - even if it's for a "one-off" project that doesn't "end up going anywhere", it's all good.
