Hello, we are [b]Emphasis[/b] and we are located in southern Iowa. Down here you are garanteed to see corn, cows, and farm equipment....and that's in town. Our town is called [i]Humeston[/i], we call it H-Town just so it seems a little cooler, and it has around 500 people give or take. So with that in mind, you can probably guess that there's really not much to do around here, that's why we made a band. We are always working on new songs, we work together great, and for what little gear and equipment we have, I'd say that we sound pretty good. Like all bands, we have influences. Our being bands such as Blink 182, New Found Glory, Yellowcard, and many others. We are open to a lot of music, but I guess you can put us into the pop/punk genre or something like that. We are all self taught and we try to have a sound different than most bands. We love to goof around and make fun of other people....well we mainly make fun of each other. We believe that the fans are what makes a band a band, because without them you don't have much of anything. So our goal is to keep in touch with all of you out there as well as we can because you guys are awesome and you are what keeps us motivated to keep making music.
